I wouldn’t say friendly, comes to mine when I think of the store. Treat people the way you would wanna be treated so if you disrespect people you get disrespected back and that’s all I have to say.
If there was a way to say, I loved to come spend money on products that make my business better, this store is the place to do it! The entire staff here is so helpful and kind and personable! Nina specifically creates such an educational thoughtful environment that allows Salon professionals to shine. There is endless access to so many resources because of how focused they are on the Salon community of this area. Honestly, I’ll just pop in to the store when I have a free minute for a good behind the chair chat.
So helpful and super sweet customer service by everyone at this location!
