As a student it can be overwhelming to know what to get when looking for tools & products but they made me feel comfortable asking questions & helped get the best deals for Black Friday. Big store with very neat, organized product.
Called first. Asked if they had my product. Never gave her any indication that I was somebody Other than a plain Jane customer. Get there this morning, pick out my product…. And THEN I’m being asked about my license number! I had no idea it wasn’t open to the public. Anybody have any common sense anymore to maybe mention it on the phone???
