How is a store closed on Saturday? One of the only days to shop on our industry. I’m going to switch all my color to a color line from Cosmoprof. They are even open on Sunday!! Redken please move to another store. One that actually appreciates the hardworking people in this community.
Very rude person here who seemed to be the manager here. There's a much better way to treat customers coming into the store. You can be polite, even if you don't sell without an account. There's no need to be rude.
Low staff made me run around to another location. But the sweet girl gives this 4 stars and the product was in stock!
Online orders and Curb side pick was easy and fast at this location. Kaia (sorry if I misspelled) staff was on point, friendly and helpful. This is my new location. Thanks.
