Mish really takes the time to listen, assess and plan with the client. She is so professional,kind and skillful. I felt heard and completely trusted her with a complex corrective colour process and she did not disappoint!!! I was just recently in Thunder Bay visiting family and was very displeased with my current haircut. I was referred to Salon 10 by a family member and specifically to Felicity. I told her my concerns and she sat and went through the haircut and found lots of different lengths and mistakes that I was fairly aware of.
