Owner is a bit rough around the edges...she was a bit rough handling my hair. I had a picture of the style I wanted. Owner couldn't deliver. Highlights were way to light and too thick. Went back a second time with hope to tone down high lights. Looks like she didnt even use anything. Should of seen my previous hair stylist. It used to be my fav place to go.
