I have been coming to Jah who works at this salon now for the last 8 years. She has often been late for appts throughout the years but I continued to go to her since she does good hair. Most recently I booked a month in advance. The day before my appt she text me asking if I could come earlier at 9am instead of 11:30am because she had to be out of the salon at 11am, so I agreed.
