I used to go here about 2 years ago. The atmosphere is amazing and the people that work there are very nice. I stopped going because of repeated chemical burns on my ears and fried hair. And no I did not get a refund or discount.

Lucy was amazing! I absolutely love my cut and color. The atmosphere here is very inviting and chill.
I've never been so disappointed with a haircut / styling appointment in my life, and I use to go to Supercuts in grade school... I'm new to the area and ladies this is NOT how your hair is supposed to be treated. I went in for a super basic cut. The stylist (who I believe was the owner) seem to not know I was in her books for the day while waiting 10+ minutes after my scheduled time. Always a great team with exceptional talent! Each time I fly home to visit I always make the time for an appointment. Even living 9+ hours away Whitney is still the only one i'll let do my highlights. Highly recommend!
