EDIT: the salon owner did own up to the situation, she did reach out to try to make it better. I give the salon props for that. Today is my birthday and I made a hair appointment for 10am. The shop didn't open until 1016, and my hair stylist wasn't there. I'm sorry I'm not gonna wait around for someone who should have been there at 10, I prebooked like a week or two in advance. I really liked going here, but this really hurts. Edit: I left a couple minutes before 1030

Love getting my hair cut with Shayla! A year or two ago I was looking for a new hairdresser after deciding to leave the previous salon I visited frequently. I then had a particularly awful bleach and cut while looking for a new hairdresser (it turned me away from bleaching my hair ever again). They were super sweet. I haven't had a hair cutbin 2 years. I had super long thick hair that can be a pain to get right. But she did it exactly how I wanted. Definitely recommend and will be going back myself.
