I have been a client of Kirsten at the Salon West Midtown location for a long time . I cannot say enough positive things about her. Her work on my hair always makes me happy. She is always willing to listen to what I want to try next. I have been going to this salon for 9 years and to Kirsten every Tuesday for a blow out for about a year. My appt on the Tuesday before Christmas was cancelled, much to my dismay, for a more lucrative appt I assume. Then I was informed her blow out price would increase 50% in January. Very unprofessional in my book, especially for a loyal client. Whitney, the owner, told me she supported the way this was handled. I will find another salon that is more professional in how they handle customer service.
