I took a friend's daughter there for a hair appt for her 8th grade graduation. The lady called the day before to confirm. I said yes we will be there and she gave me new directions as the location on their website (and here) is not right. We showed up early so we waited outside. She saw us there and we were asked multiple times if we were waiting for her. We said yes. She had to have heard this too. "My experience with Salon Spa Body works was the worst I ever experienced and I mean it! I purchased a Groupon that was expiring on January the 7th. I called in November to make sure that I would be serviced before that date. The receptionist I was talking to did not seem to enjoy her job at all. She told me that they did not have anything available before January 7th but then she assured me that they decided to extend the Groupons and get me in for January the 12th. I would not recommend this place. I was shuffled around from service to service and they made me feel like I was inconveniencing them. I had unrobed and got into the bed for a facial when they came in and told me that they had put me in the wrong room for the wrong service. I get pedicures on regular bases and have had a few bad ones, but this is was the worse. I sat on a chair holding my leg up on the owner’s knee no less, and as you can imagine it looked terrible.
