Horrible experience and an uneven haircut for my 13 year old
I was there briefly...just to buy the purple shampoo... I was greated immediately by the receptionist and she gracefully helped me find my product. Easy in easy out...beautiful.
I had an appointment for highlights. I have been going to this place for two years consistently when I pulled in the parking lot 20 minutes before my appointment time I got a phone call from Them I didn’t answer. I listened to the voicemail that was telling me my stylist was running behind. I wasn’t feeling well that day mind you I have never missed an appointment so I walked in the girl at the desk. I finally found the one! I’ve given up jumping from stylist to stylist and trying to cut my own hair since I’ve found Erica B. at Salon West. She is hands down the best and most consistent stylist I have ever had. She takes time getting to know her clients and finds out what works for them and their lifestyle. I never leave disappointed!
