This group of ladies never hold themselves accountable and you can see that by which reviews they choose to reply to. Came in for a haircut and it was absolutely botched. It was cut way too short and looked absolutely nothing like my reference picture despite having many chances to get it right due to the length of my hair, my bangs were prosperous and my stylist just obliterated them.
