My last several visits here have been so uncomfortable. I was seeing a level V stylist here who I think has just gotten to comfortable. She would text me to change my appointments to times that worked for her. She would be seeing multiple clients at the same time as me and would have the students/brand new out of school stylists wash my hair because she had other clients to work on and I guess it’s beneath her perhaps. The first visit was satisfactory. I feel it’s getting to know & adjusting. The second visit I was not completely satisfied. The third visit I told the stylist my hair was too dark & I preferred it lighter. When I left, not only was my hair almost black, there was no smooth transition between the root touch up and the gloss. It looked like I had a black cap on my head. I had 1/2” of hair dye all along my forehead as well. The lights are dim in the shop & I asked her to clean it up but I could not see what she left on my face.... read more

I came in prepared with a picture of the cut I wanted and reviewed it with the stylist. At first the cut went well - perimeter cuts were on target however when it came to the layers she cut about 5 inchs more off than I wanted. There was no going back, so I ended up with a cut that I can deal with but am not happy about.

I cried after I left there, my hair was so short!! Paid a lot of money for one of the worst haircuts I’ve ever had, and worst Customer Service I ever had . I will not be coming back ever.
