I had an appointment for highlights. I have been going to this place for two years consistently when I pulled in the parking lot 20 minutes before my appointment time I got a phone call from Them I didn’t answer. I finally found the one! I’ve given up jumping from stylist to stylist and trying to cut my own hair since I’ve found Erica B. at Salon West. She is hands down the best and most consistent stylist I have ever had. She takes time getting to know her clients and finds out what works for them and their lifestyle. I never leave disappointed!

Quoted $46 for 1 dutch braid down the middle of the top of my undercut. $7 next door at hair cuttery. That's way to expensive for a 4 minute braid

Updating my review with the progression of my hair. I'm so happy!! What can I say other than, Crystal is the best!! I have been going to Crystal for years. She has been helping me embrace my white hair growing out after Covid. She has taken real good care of my hair during this journey. I have put her thru the mill because I kept thinking I should change my mind, but we did it gradually and she has kept some dark low lights in so I'm not going thru full withdrawal, LOL She has made growing out my white hair fun. Staff is super friendly and Aveda products are superb! Crystal is my stylist. She is a beautician and a magician! I look and feel young and attractive! I can’t speak more highly of her and the whole staff at this location.
