Before we got started, I had three reference pictures and a specific length requested, but unfortunately, she didn’t follow through on anything I asked for. My hair is uneven and choppy, and she cut off three more inches than I requested. She is great at a basic haircut but not if you want the trendy layered look. Also, there are NO Refunds if you are unhappy with her work. She acts like it’s all the customer's fault, which is unprofessional.
