Absolutely horrible experience today. I was suggested to visit Salon Visage by a friend. I called & explained thoroughly on the phone what I was looking for & that I wanted a consultation. I expressed to the receptionist that I'm apprehensive due to a bad experience at another salon AND I'm a perfectionist. This is when Thom, one of the owners was suggested to me by the receptionist.
