I have been coming to Salon Verve for years and have never had a bad experience. Melanie is an amazing! She transformed my hair from black to blonde and always knows what looks best! The staff is very welcoming and super friendly☺️
You are welcomed the moment you enter and entertained by the staff the entire stay! If it’s a cut, style, colour or up do, you will never be disappointed.
I had read all good stuff about here, but terrible costumer service. Not welcome if you're new there. Even though I explained my situation and that it's not convenient to come another time (have a 6 week old baby), the gentleman at customer service desk, ignored what I just said, and told me to come next week. I just wanted a short hair cut. And there was no client at the salon, and all the employees were chatting. Will take my business elsewhere for sure.
