I was there for so long because the girl had to leave the store to go buy the dye she said “I like to go buy it when I’m sure what they want” than proceeded to give me highlighted orange hair. And it was not what I wanted so she had to GO OUT of the salon and buy more dye and dyed my hair back to the same color as my natural hair. I’d never go there again
I went into Salon Venus at 10:00 AM, and left at 1:00 PM. I had gone to get a balayage on my dark brown hair and left with highlights. They were nowhere even close to the picture that I showed. The first time that she had done them I could barely see any color. I told them I couldnt see it, so she redid the hair, but I never got what I wanted. I will 100% not be coming back. I was extremely disappointed with what I got.
My wife looks fantastic Everytime she gets back from here!!
