A+/Superlative, and they had to correct a real mess from a previous place, who melted/broke my hair and turned it orange, all at the crown all over the head. Salon Vain did an outstanding job transforming my hair. It looks gorgeous. They colored my level 6 roots to a blonde without bleach, something most professionals in my lifetime of salon experiences couldn't do. A+/Superlative Salon Vain!!! I've used salons for thirty-six years, and Salon Vain is the best of the best that I've been to. Let me start by saying that three previous places messed up my hair, one by bleaching the roots, and the bleach overlapped, melted my hair off the crown and the hair above the ear, all by doing the roots, so that I had about a quarter of an inch of hair at my root/where it melted off. Their whole team is so nice and welcoming. I haven’t gotten my hair done since I was a teenager. I use to dye my hair and cut it myself. I stopped dyeing my own hair about 10 years ago and my hair started thinning about 3 or 4 years ago so I wouldn’t touch my hair.
