Absolutely the worst salon experience I’ve ever had. I came in for a hair straightening treatment and left with damaged, uneven, and thinning hair. The stylist didn’t even bother to ask basic questions like when I last had my hair colored or treated — she just jumped right into it. Avoid Emma SEOEUN LIM at all costs. She thinned my eyebrows without my consent and refused to give me a full refund. Additionally, her eyelash lifting service was the poorest quality I’ve ever experienced. Unlike other places I’ve visited downtown, she used tape on my eyes and constantly pulled my skin in various directions, causing swelling and irritation. This place has a very incompetent and irresponsible esthetician by name Emma Lim, who ruined the eyebrows of my daughter, which resulted in shorter and thinner brows than her original long and thick ones. When she requested the refund, Emma gave back only 50%, and performed unsatisfactory and disappointing work that this esthetician doesn't consider the customer's initial request and intention. On top of all, Emma texted that she is not bothered with the reputation of her employers. A terrible experience!
