The service I received was highly unprofessional and sloppy. The highlights I requested ended up being dim lights because they were longer to take and I needed to be rushed out, washed and dried (so my stylist can meet her next clients). I had to ask for cream to remove part of the residual color that was left on my forehead. Also, while blow drying my hair, a chunk of bleach was splattered on my already dry hair, while only some water was sprayed to continue blow drying.
