Wanted to have an amazing experience. I came with virgin hair, that took me 6 years to grow out from previous coloring. I asked for very minimal highlights. I specifically asked for the highlights to not be blonde, but lighter brown as I have dark brown hair. The first photo is what I asked for, the second is my result. I came in for a toner and blow dry with Reiko. The color came out flat and muddy, and the stylist rushed dried my hair very messily even though I had compromised hair health. It was clear she was trying to get the appointment over with as soon as possible and barely discussed with me what she was going to do with it.
