The first few times I’ve went has been amazing. However, this time around I asked for a certain nail shape and gave them two options to what kind of design I wanted and they didn’t do it correctly and my nail looked like the just painted half of it and not ombré. The have certainly gotten lazier when it comes to doing nails. I will not be returning because I’m not spending 100+ dollars for horrible nails.
The first few times I’ve attended, my nails have come out perfect; however, my last two trips it seems like the nail tech just got lazy. They leave my nails uneven, sploshy, and leave residue or the old polish. I asked for a clear coat, yet my nails still show residue of old polish and even some hair stuck under said clear coat. Wouldn’t recommend this salon if you want even an easy set of nails.
This is a decent salon if you want a quick color switch or just a quick gel polish. I wouldn't recommend if you want a thorough manicure or pedicure. The tech went thorough the motions but didn't provide a thorough manicure on myself or my daughter. Unfortunately, the tech did not attempt to communicate with either one of us but did complain about my daughter's nail length. I went to get a Pedicure with my mom and not only did I sit in the water until it was cold … The pedicure got rushed through .. I did not feel relaxed at all and the man who did my feet was really rough and it just looked like he was trying to get it done no matter what it looked like.. My skin is raw on my toes, not to mention the toe nails are not even and the paint job is not good. Everything about my experience was great. I would definitely come back if I ever were in this area again.
