I was excited to get my hair done at this salon I was so disappointed that the first appointment was for a haircut. Hani was my stylist. First, he didn't ask me what hairstyle or cut I wanted. I asked him don't you want to know what cut I want he replied I guess." What do you want? Then he shampooed my hair; he didn’t even wet my roots, barely washed my hair!! I have been a regular client at Salon Tribeca Desiree is an exoerienced hairdresser. Very professional and takes time to know her clients. The salon is very clean and well-kept. Has a very welcoming atmosphere. Everyone is very nice and warm. Love this salon. #1 in my book!

I feel like I’ll start this by prefacing that a salon is very entitled and has reason to express their pricing on their services. However, my experience reflects the exact opposite of how to professionally go about it. I had just gotten off of work the day I stopped at this salon, and I just needed routine dusting.
