To the Owner : Thank you for your response. I’d like to clarify a few points. While it is true that I reached out regarding my dissatisfaction with how the toner faded and the amount of blonde in my face-framing area, the issue was not simply a matter of “minor adjustments.” I expressed that I was unhappy with the overall result, which is why I ultimately chose not to proceed with another appointment at that time.
