I’ve been coming to Salon Tribecca for years, and I truly wouldn’t trust my hair to anyone else! Desiree, the owner, is absolutely amazing. She is so kind, incredibly knowledgeable, and always makes my hair look and feel beautiful. I was really excited to try this salon but unfortunately left feeling disappointed with both my hair and how my concerns were handled. I booked a toner and haircut for Saturday at 1:30 PM. I was called beforehand and told my stylist was running behind, but I could still come at 1:30 and wait or come at 2:30. I chose to keep my original time.
