Came in to see Lisa for consultation to see if she could color my hair a beige/blonde color. She tried to explain what she would do to achieve the look in stylist lingo. She said she could do it but I quote "to be quite honest it may take me 2 to 3 times to get the desired look. I felt confused asked her again to explain how she would do my hair and she said "im feeling uncomfortable right now your not understanding me".
