Had an appointment 1230pm. We reached a bit early and we were sitting till 1pm.. When asked “will it take long?” they said shortly! No remorse no apology no urgency on there side. Front desk is fake and uninviting. Owner is sitting there but didn’t have balls to ask his employees why is the client kept waiting . If this was really high end salon then they will make sure that clients are NOT kept waiting. Very very lousy. Wasted my precious time. I got a feeling that they were interested in only old people. RUDNESS MEETS LACK OF PROFESSIONAL ETHIC… I was already on my way to their “salon”, when they called me to cancel my appointment, that is, 20 minutes prior to my appointment time. She explained that her employee was not feeling well, and that she went to get a COVID 19 test. Then, she brushed me off stating that she had no space for me here. To make a long story short, I would have been scheduled for a different day if did not call in with a Groupon. THIS SALON TOUJOURS IS A RIP OFF, THE OWNER FARIDA IS A RUDE NASTY AND RIPS YOU OFF, SHE KEEP RAISING HER PRICES AFTER YOU R IN HER CHAIR SHE TOLD ME ONE PRICE THEN AT THE END SHE KEEP ADDING MORE AND MORE MONEY TO THE BILL WHEN I WAS FINISH, WHEN I BOUGHT IT TO HER ATTENTION THE PRICE SHE ORIGINALLY TOLD ME SHE SAID OH NO THAT NOT WHAT I TOLD YOU SHE OVER CHARGE ME FOR A PARTIAL HIGHLIGHTING AND DID A TERRIBLE JOB, MY HAIR LOOK LIKE IT HAD DIFFERENT COLORS IN IN AND DID NOT MATCH.
