I have gone to Salon 31 for 6 years now and the owner did my hair for my bridal shower, then I booked her for my wedding. For 3 months, she refused to get into contact with me or my wedding planner for a hair trial or a deposit, when we contacted her store multiple times. When we cancelled on her 2 weeks out from the wedding, she claimed that she would call and apologize, and never did! Ridiculous, rude, and unprofessional. I will never go to Salon 31 again!

Everyone at the Fairhope location is great! They are all so friendly. Mikayla has been doing my hair for several years so this review is way overdue. She is always spot on with my highlights & knows how to keep me with the perfect blend of blond. She does a great job with my very curly hair, and at times I get her to do a blowout. She’s truly a 5
