Beautiful place! My service with Amber was EXCELLENT.
Lexi is the BEST! Not only was the conversation incredible, but she validated my concerns about my hair and checked in with me along the way to ensure that the progress we had made in the cut and color was matching my wants and needs.
Pros: Amber was precise in color and truly has talent for hair! She listened to my concerns, and delivered adequately. Cons: However, it was very expensive. Which I wouldn't have mind, but she went above the quote we agreed on, and didn't say anything until the end, having an unexpected $200 upcharge. Please let your clients know price changes before or during services. Additionally, if there’s a convenience fee - let me know. This all felt very shady to withhold all these charges.
