I’ve been to salon Ten 17 twice. The first time was a great experience which was what made me feel confident that if I went again I’d get the same treatment. But was it far from that. I chose the same stylist Kayla. I feel like she didn’t listen to my wants at all. I asked for a light brown balayage and even sent a picture and some how I ended up with an almost white color.
