I'm sorry to hear about your experience at Salon Synergy. It is disappointing that they failed to listen to your preferences regarding the color of your hair. It is important for a salon to prioritize the client's wishes and provide a service that meets their needs. It is unacceptable for them to push their own agenda onto clients instead of taking their desires into consideration. Melissa did an awesome job on my hair and it was quite the transformation. From medium brown to blonde. I took my daughter in as well and she did purple color on her hair just as she wanted it. I also took my boys in for a haircut on the wrong day and she was so so accommodating to come last minute and cut their hair. Could not say more great things about this hair salon. You won't regret it!

Love this salon! The girls are so easy to work with! They are all so accommodating to schedules and offer later hours!!!

Remarkable service, very helpful and kind as I had to bring in all 4 of my kids and the 2 youngest were crying. Lexi did a wonderful job with my special needs child and cutting his hair the best she could. Did great on my 8 year old sons hair and my eyebrows. Fast and efficient. Couldn't recommend more. Will be back.
