Refund the money without question – Despite the lady who did my nail that didn't understand that I didn't like the polish color, I would go there again because of the first class service of the manager or owner, Wade. One business rule of thumb is keep the customers satisfied and give them something to remember for about your business. We have corrected this situation so customer is happy. The nail lady the customer is refering to is my mom AND she has never talked bad about anyone let alone have bad intentions. Although it may have come off bad, we sincerely keep everything positive so the good momentum is maintained.
