I was unable to see my longtime stylist, and when I saw Niki, it was difficult to start all over from the beginning. Eventually, she gave me a beautiful brown base color with tiny blonde highlights throughout and a nice retro hairstyle that I could curl back. Everything was good until Niki asked if I wanted to go ever so slightly darker on the base coat, like 10% darker. Unfortunately, I said yes. The new color was very, very dark. I have been going to Niki for years! She did great on my most recent highlights. Wanted some natural baby lights and she did just that! She is very friendly and was able to get me an appointment with her for the next day!

Nikki was terrible. I came to get my hair dyed back to its natural color and she hardly did a color consultation assessing my hairs condition or asking my previous history with hair dyes. Didn’t brush my hair before just started slathering dye all over, it burned super badly and smelled terrible like a strong chemical smell, then after the hair dye was in my hair she started brushing through and practically yanking my hair, (hair is more prone to damage with hair dye saturating it).
