I honestly don't always believe the not so nice reviews but in this case I'm inclined too. Whether you the owner knows it or not it is in bad taste to get on social media and have verbal disputes with clients it makse you the owner look hostile and petty which in return could affect your business and it doesn't make Aveda look good it also goes against be what Aveda stands for ,I can say this because I am an Aveda graduate.
