Nicole is excellent. Went from Brunette to Blonde with no issues. Haircuts are great as well. Nice quiet salon with full attention on the client in the chair, one at a time.
The stylist was nice, but I was charged $100 for a blowout that took a little over an hour, which feels very overpriced. I do have extensions, but that shouldn’t justify such a large jump in cost. A friend of mine received a similar service and was charged $45, so the pricing feels inconsistent and surprising. I would have appreciated clearer pricing upfront because I would not have agreed to this knowing the final cost. The service was fine, but the pricing is honestly unreasonable and not transparent.
