From the moment I phoned to book my appointment, I was heard and a plan was in place. On the day of my appointment, I was stuck in traffic and a little late but called to let them know. Again, an understanding voice on the other end. I was about 15 minutes late and we got started right away with the friendliest staff all around. The appoinyment was fantastic, my hair turned out amazing and I left feeling so great. Best experience by far and I will definitely be returning.
I tried this salon for the first time over the holidays and had a great experience from start to finish. Booking was easy thanks to a clear, user-friendly online system. Sydney has been a longtime friend of mine, but friendship aside, I can honestly say that her ability to work with all hair types is incredible. My hair is NOT easy to work with and she never disappoints. Her team is just as amazing. I had Aleah do my hair last and I was BLOWN AWAY by the transformation. I highly recommend Sydney and her team.
I've followed Megan from previous salons, as well as Aleah (for my daughter), and seeing them flourish at this new salon has been nothing but spectacular! Both ladies are so knowledgeable in their craft and with Davines products, and always provide fantastic services. My daughter has seen both ladies for hair cuts and besides being naturally shy, both made the experience great and comfortable for her! So happy for you both :) xxx Can't wait to keep visiting!
