My daughter had the best experience- she did a silk press with curls for her prom and might I add the best silk press ever! Mercedes did not come to play. Mercedes was so friendly, sweet, and professional, and kept me updated. We had an appointment so she went straight in and was done on time. The environment was clean and peaceful. Mercedes is the best! My daughter cannot wait to go back ☺️ Thank you again ☺️
I’ve been going to Mercedes for my relaxers for over three years now, and she never disappoints. My hair is the healthiest it’s been in years. The salon is always clean, stylish, and beautifully maintained with a glamorous atmosphere. She uses quality products, which I really value, and it’s clear she truly knows her craft. You can tell a lot of care and attention goes into both the service and the overall experience. I highly recommend her.
STAY FAR AWAY FROM MERCEDES! Extremely disappointing experience from start to finish. I came in for a big chop with MERCDES after discussing exactly what I wanted and showing multiple inspiration photos. What I received looked nothing like the photos, nothing like what was discussed, & honestly looked unfinished & uneven.
