My daughter had the best experience- she did a silk press with curls for her prom and might I add the best silk press ever! Mercedes did not come to play. Mercedes was so friendly, sweet, and professional, and kept me updated. We had an appointment so she went straight in and was done on time. The environment was clean and peaceful. Mercedes is the best! My daughter cannot wait to go back ☺️ Thank you again ☺️
STAY FAR AWAY FROM MERCEDES! Extremely disappointing experience from start to finish. I came in for a big chop with MERCDES after discussing exactly what I wanted and showing multiple inspiration photos. What I received looked nothing like the photos, nothing like what was discussed, & honestly looked unfinished & uneven. I moved from NYC to Florida about a year and a half ago. After a couple of failed attempts at other salons, I have been been going to Mercedes for color, trims and press & curls. She is amazing, the best in the area. She matched my color perfectly, not easy to do in my opinion. It blended seamlessly.
