Even with an appointment,they are highly unprofessional people keeps taking walk-in clients & working on multiple people at the same time .i was left sitting while he moved back and forth between customers . When someone books an appointment,they expect proper attention and professionalism after spending so much money . Very disappointing!!
Very disappointing experience. In December I paid about $500 for balayage and was happy with the blonde tone. Three and a half months later I came back with an appointment only for a root touch-up. The stylist umat kept insisting I add a gloss, saying it would simply refresh the same color. After trusting his recommendation, the gloss turned my blonde balayage into dark brown. Great hair color with highlights and a cut by Umit. I came in with fading dyed red hair and asked to color my hair close to my natural ashy hue typical for Slavic people, and add some highlights. Umit did an amazing job, the color is beautiful and realistic, and it will be low maintenance as the roots grow out, I won’t need to constantly bleach my roots. I attach pictures taken indoors and outdoors. Highly recommend booking with Umit 👍🏻
