Umit did an amazing job. I came in with a hairstyle I wanted and a specific balayage color in mind for my black dyed hair. He carefully explained in detail how applying that exact look could seriously damage my hair, and then walked me through how he could achieve a very similar balayage effect in a much healthier way. In the end, we achieved a color combination very close to what I originally wanted without damaging my hair. Very disappointed with my balayage. The result was not what I asked for at all, and the colour turned out too yellow/brassy. The hairstylist, Umit, was also very rude and was not listening to what I wanted. I would not recommend this place.

I honestly regret getting my hair done here. I showed the exact colour and style I wanted, but the result looked completely different. The highlights turned out very yellow/brassy instead of the clean tone I asked for, and the blending was uneven. My hair also feels much drier after the appointment. Even with an appointment,they are highly unprofessional people keeps taking walk-in clients & working on multiple people at the same time .i was left sitting while he moved back and forth between customers . When someone books an appointment,they expect proper attention and professionalism after spending so much money . Very disappointing!!

Very disappointing experience. In December I paid about $500 for balayage and was happy with the blonde tone. Three and a half months later I came back with an appointment only for a root touch-up. The stylist umat kept insisting I add a gloss, saying it would simply refresh the same color. After trusting his recommendation, the gloss turned my blonde balayage into dark brown.
