Since my longtime hairstylist, who was excellent at his job, moved to another state, I made an appointment with Ümit to get balayage. However, the experience turned out to be a complete disappointment. I’ve never been tricked into redoing my hair when the first one was absolutely TERRIBLE! They all teamed up to convince me that I should believe the red-orange tone suits me!! Not to mention the redo was worse than the first round I was still charged for both visits.
