Fern is amazing she answered the phone and answered all my questions immediately did not hesitate to ask answer anything even when I asked about pricing for Atticus she’s like would you like to know about the pricing after I asked about if you had it in stock and she’s like oh well I can totally tell you the prices of the 16.9 ounce at the shampoo compared to the 32 ounce conditioner which was really awesome to hear her actually listen to me while I’m speaking
Fern is the best! It is always an incredible experience. She is patient and really helps out. It can be stressful with other places to try to get someone to pick up product or to keep up with some products launching while I’m busy consistently with my clientele. She has helped me out for a while and really is a great resource and goes above and beyond. I can’t say enough about this tremendous experience. I will always go here moving forward.
