You should teach your new employees to not hang up without saying “thank you” and even a simple “goodbye”. We spend thousands of dollars a year on products from SSG for many years! Being hung up on is so unprofessional. on 3-1-2023 around 4:00 p.m a female employee that we experienced hanging up on us, should be trained on better customer service.
