Terrible customer service.
As a stylist I have worked in customer service for yearsssss. When I walked in there was a gal with red hair and a lot of facial piercings. Not once was I asked if I was finding everything already. Thankfully as a cosmetologist I can figure out quite a bit about products on my own. I brought the items to the front counter and the gal did not even look at me.
