Okay I been going here for almost 2-3 months now and I have to say.. Jackie has the Midas touch, let me tell you why: My first appointment was in September and it was a "5yr salon while" for me. My hair is thin, curly, fine texture, soft and at neck length. Very unhealthy ends. She washed and conditioned my hair and dried it. First time parts was crooked, second time was told a. Time to come in only to sit there 4hrs later still a nogo.. smh wasted so much time.. but nice environment an good people just slow!!

I walked in and the lady looked at me with the short hair and said oh did you take out braids like my hair was stinky or something and I let her know that I have curly hair it just look like it was a lot to deal with but once you wet it it comb right through so I sat in there for almost 2 hours and when my turn came up the same lady with the short hair that works in the back at the station says well I'm going to take this other lady first she asked Shelly and Shelly said well who was here first and she told her I was but I'm... read more

This was my first visit to Salon Se Swa. I got a blow out from Mrs. Jackie. She was so kind and knowledgeable. I really enjoyed the service and definitely will return!
