A friend's recommendation led me to Salon Se Swa, where I received good customer service. I appreciated the walk-in , no-appointment policy. My hair stylist Kee (Kee- Kee) did a remarkable job washing, flat ironing, & styling my hair. Also, the prices were within my budget. I am grateful for the outstanding service and look forward to coming again.

I went in as a walk in as a natural customer to get a wash, protein treatment and blow dry. The shampooing of my hair was terrible, the protein treatment that I asked for was considered as the little treatment tubes that you get out of the beauty supply store. As she washed out the treatment she used scorching hot water to do so. She begin to come through my hair while blow drying all ruff not trying to detangle my hair at all resulting in me telling her that was enough leave it dry. Okay I been going here for almost 2-3 months now and I have to say.. Jackie has the Midas touch, let me tell you why: My first appointment was in September and it was a "5yr salon while" for me. My hair is thin, curly, fine texture, soft and at neck length. Very unhealthy ends. She washed and conditioned my hair and dried it. First time parts was crooked, second time was told a. Time to come in only to sit there 4hrs later still a nogo.. smh wasted so much time.. but nice environment an good people just slow!!
