Kristen was fabulous. Answered all my questions, was very kind, easy to schedule with and left my hair perfect!
Kristen sent me home with orange streaks on black hair she called highlights when I asked for one whole color on top and to keep the bottom color underneath black. When I asked her to fix it the next day she told me I was being too aggressive and offered $200 back. She charged me $300 for ruining my hair. $55 for the too short hair cut—I said don’t cut above my shoulder blade and it’s not even touching my shoulder blade now!!
