Quaint, Comfortable, GREAT Customer Service!!! I had been going to a local salon and spa and was tired of the hectic environment. A friend recommended a new salon and so I made and appointment over the phone. The woman who answered the phone was extremely friendly and accomodating. Great Salon not so great stylist A nice salon, very spa like feel. Helpful staff. I saw the same stylist three times. First two cuts were great, the third not so great. I also had a pedicure by the same stylist who cut my hair and it was the worst pedicure I have ever gotten. Very expensive and there was polish everywhere. She had no idea what she was doing. This stylist is no longer working at Salon Sartor, so I have not mentioned her name, Given my mixed experience, I would not hessitate to give this salon a try, a nice at... read more

Loved It I have always loved every cut and color I have gotten at Salon Sartor. They are the best! Denise, the owner, is a joy to work with. She is flexible, relaxed and knows what she's doing.

Salon Sartor sets the bar! My experience at Salon Sartor was positive from beginning to end. It all started trying to make an appointment with a busy work schedule but Sharon, the polite and patient receptionist wouldn't give up as she was able to accommodate me with an early evening appointment. I was greeted with a smile and offered a tasty coffee drink from a sleek machine which was a real treat. There were even healthy snacks to choose from at the coffee bar. All free of charge.
