Amazing haircut from Denise Sartor. The staff at this salon use cutting-edge techniques at the highest level of competence. The atmosphere is fun and friendly, and the staff seem to really enjoy working there. One of my favorite things about this salon is the head and neck support cushion built into the wash basin so that there is absolutely no stress on your neck when you get your hair washed. It is like heaven because you feel no discomfort and can completely relax.

OK so Mandi does extensions there and I was going to get them. I was excited but did some research and found out that they would not be good for my hair so I asked for the service to be cancelled and for them to refund my money. They did which was great. However, I went to book another appointment with, Jess, who I connected with and got two phone calls from this crabby, old woman named Sharon who called me twice to tell me my appointment was cancelled and that I couldn't come to their salon due to past circumstances. I recently got married and was looking for a salon to have my hair and nails done. I also wanted my whole bridal party to come with me for hair, mani's and pedi's. It was difficult to find a salon that could accomodate myself and 6 bridesmaids. They allowed me to bascially "take over" their salon, breakfast and all. They also brought in other technicians that had the day off so that we could all be finished by 11:30. They went above and beyond and I can't thank them enough!
