I had the worst experience in this place, after years of taking good care of my hair I went to this hair salon to get my highlights done and I got my hair completely ruined by Elicia Inacio and she didn’t even apologize for what she did. To top it all off, I had to pay for her negligence and it wasn’t cheap. That’s unacceptable (see attached photos of before/after)! The customer service here is excellent. The haircut I got was on par with some of the higher end hair salons in San Francisco near union square. The vibe is modern and chic. I’m happy I found this place. I recommend going here if you value talent and quality. You can also find top of the line hair products here.
I’ve come here for haircuts, waxing, and facials for over 2 decades. The staff has always been friendly and professional. And the ladies at the front desk are so helpful. I’ve never had a disappointing service.
