I have been going to a stylist, Josh, for the last 10 years even following him from another salon. He knows my hair and does an amazing job. This post is about customer service. I had an appointment. The day before my appointment I was not feeling well and I thought I would get better. The same day as my appointment it turned into a medical emergency.
