Pd $250 for balayage, red. Came out with dark brown hair. No apologies, only excuses. Tried to fade it by washing multiple times...Called, they stated to come back. Came back next day, all that was offered was a color remover, and toner so end of the day I paid $250 for color remover and toner that lasted a couple weeks.
