The service was friendly, but the overall experience felt rushed. The ends of my hair weren’t cut evenly, leaving blunt sections and two uneven layers that don’t look proportionate. I’m really disappointed because it felt like, with the hairdresser juggling two clients at once, my concerns weren’t fully heard and I was rushed out. I also expected to have my hair styled as well, like straightened or curled since that's usually what I experience after getting a trim at other salons. I wish the experience had been better.
