ROSALIA is the best she is very informative, professional, and knowledgeable. Salon was very welcoming and provided light refreshment. The atmosphere is very quiet and pleasant. I will definitely be back. My hair feels great and she also advised what to do in between appointments!

Khaliyah was very friendly and professional. I love my hair! I left out with a bit more knowledge on my hair and the products I was using as well which is a plus!

1. This salon charges for a every little thing from the consultation to every tube of hair dye used. I had to spend 270+ just to walk out of a salon without the color i wanted and a silk press because apparently no had time to do it (there were several employees laying around doing nothing for over an hour) 2. The hairstylist i requested came highly recommended from social media but from the $40 consultation to the appointment, she seemed annoyed as if i wasn’t a paying customer looking to get my hair done. It’s always a lovely experience. They have expanded their menu to include a dry red wine and I was very pleased! I’ve been to three different beauticians there (travonna, jah, annd Jayla) and each have been great. Easy to book. Stylist are good listeners and try to make sure you’re satisfied.

I normally don’t leave negative reviews, but after multiple experiences with Salon Rose, I feel like other customers should know what to expect. I’ve booked appointments here several times, and on every visit I’ve received calls asking me to come in earlier than my scheduled appointment time. While I understand schedules can change, it’s frustrating because I book appointments for specific times based on my work schedule, traffic, and other commitments.
