After a week of trying extremely hard not to leave a bad review, I have come to the point that I have to. I went to Salon Rose for a curly cut that I was extremely excited about. My sister booked me an appointment here for my birthday just yesterday. I have been natural for over 5 years and I hadn't been to a salon since. I was greeted, and after I checked in with no wait time, I was in the chair. My stylist was so nice and polite. She was even realistic with me about the condition my hair was in, giving pointers on what I can do to make my hair healthier. I got a wash and condition that was so relaxing. We had a great experience at Salon Rose. The receptionist was very kind. Rosalia was amazing while working on my daughter’s hair. She was gentle and caring. We will definitely be coming back!
I contemplated leaving this review because I really don’t like to speak negative on anyone, especially black owned businesses but after finally getting to reassess my hair, I am DEVASTATED. I went to Salon Rose a week ago, last Friday, for a simple deep conditioning and trim. I drove an hour an half for the service because my normal hairstylist had a family emergency and had to cancel last minute.
