I was very disappointed in my first and only visit to Salon Renaud. First, when setting up my massage appt., I was told I needed to cancel my groupon. They could no longer honor it since the employee that set it up left. After many emails and phone calls, I finally was able to get credit for my groupon. I wait a month for my massage and I was told when I showed up for the appt. that they scheduled a highlight at the same time and could not give me my massage. I will not return to this salon.
