I didn't get my hair done that day but I've known Debbie the owner for many years and let me tell you this, she is absolutely fabulous. She is so professional so sweet and what you want you will get! She will make suggestions but if you know her, her suggestions are so extremely welcomed. She's just truly amazing with hair, cutting, permanents, color, all of it. I had the absolute pleasure of seeing Heather for a facial and makeup, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel completely relaxed and taken care of. The facial was incredible! I took my son and myself to get haircut and a brown wax. I looked up the prices online but was charged almost triple the amount for two haircuts and a brow wax. She hurt mine and my son's head during the process and I got no receipt when I paid. There's not even an option to download a receipt with the app they use to verify your appointment. What should have been roughly 95 dollars ended up being 157$ . I will not go back again
Heather is the bomb!! I had such a great experience when she gave me a full facial, and waxed my eye brows and nose! She has great attention to detail and puts her heart in all the work she does, it definitely shows! I will always ask for her at salon renaissance.
