Today my nephew (12) got a perm at Reign. The hair was done well and we enjoyed waiting and watching in the salon. The problem started when my nephew in conversation says “this is the best way to spend 150$” he had heard my conversation with my partner on how much I’d be spending on his hair. The price I booked was for 110$ and I was planning on tipping 40$ Olga took advantage of hearing my nephew say 150$ so she charged me 150$ as the BASE price for the perm. And still expected a tip.
