I have been waiting since May for a $406 refund because they went to the celebration account. I have tried several times. Maybe now someone will be in touch with me.
RecommendedI’ve been with PS for over 3 years and love it ! I worked for similar company for over a year and that was a joke .
Management from the CEO on down is terrible. No incentive or perks to work for this company. Their motto is People Empathy Respect, what a joke. I made a negative comment on the PS Pro page and they didn’t like it so they removed me from the page, real professional. Wouldn’t recommend this company at all. Communities should reconsider bringing them in.
Dealing with this woman on social media and what she says about saving lives? I hope no one goes to her or this salon!
I don’t recommend PS Salon and spa as Ownership and some of the management they only think of themselves they don’t take in consideration that these are senior citizens people that are on Social Security I think they think of is places that they might live in and they don’t realize other people might be paying for them so they live their lives comfortably

Pay attention to your stylists concerns/needs and cover their back to give assistance as your job warrants. Don't ignore them, respond to them when they need you and reach out to you, offer assistance, be compassonate, give praise when they do a good job, don't belittle them, be understanding, show respect and most of all 'TREAT YOUR EMPLOYEES THE WAY THAT YOU WANT THEM TO TREAT THEIR CLIENTS"
